We manage independent hotels on the basis of a long-term Lease or Management Agreement, or short-term Business Advisory agreement, based on an agreed EXIT Sale Strategy, including Service Modules for Hotel Operations, Technical Services and Asset Management. Hotel Operations

  • Meticulous structuring and implementation of sensible hotel operations: Company Culture, FTE Organization Chart, Job descriptions, Quality Standards, Standard Operating Procedures, Headhunting & Hiring, Training & Development of Staff and HR Administration, and Technical Services.
  • We give you 24/7 on-line access to the Hotel performance KPI's, report the business status and forecast on a monthly basis, and meet with you each quarter to present, counsel and agree on modification of business strategy.

Hotel Marketing & Sales, including Distribution

We create a hotel's own brand including a new and fully optimised hotel website, including photo & video-shoot and copy-writing. and increase it's on & offline bookings. Our team of hotel industry specialists support your revenue growth in an increasingly competitive market, connecting hotels to over 500.000 travel agents worldwide.

Reservation System:

GDS Booking Channels, and Travel Trade & Corporate Consortia Programs:

Waive entry in the 15 main consortia/TMC, saving an individual property over US$ 12,500 per annum in participation fees.
